Items are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders received on a Friday may not ship until the following Tues. Please note that we have seen longer than expected shipping times with USPS, and they should be expected and accounted for.

Return Policy

You may return any book that has been unused (showing no obvious signs of use) for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. If the return is a result of our error we also will pay the shipping costs including the return shipping costs. eTranscripts and eBooks are non-refundable.
