During Guru Purnima 2009, students took Swami on a procession through the village of Penukonda like Shirdi Sai Baba allowed his disciples to take him through the streets of Shirdi. A large photo of Baba was placed on a tractor wagon, which was decorated with garlands of flowers. All of the students walked through the streets of Penukonda singing, led by an orchestra of Indian musicians, while firecrackers exploded, finally arriving at a small Shirdi Sai Baba Temple where Swami paid his respects to Baba.

Sri Sai Kaleshwar inaugurated a program on June 4th, 2009 in the local Siva Sai Mandir to organize a mass elementary school program for children to learn the letters of the Telugu alphabet.
Sri Sai Kaleshwar stated that it is the parent’s responsibility to make sure that their children receive a good education to insure their children’s bright future. Swami said, however, that too many parents are making their children into child laborers instead of good educated citizens.
Sri Sai Kaleshwar spoke about the important role that government colleges provide. He said that the necessary steps should be taken to develop the Government colleges and to make them equal in educational standards to corporate colleges.
Swami recommended that parents should send their children to these government colleges and noted that many students who have studied there are currently working in well-paid and responsible jobs in foreign countries.
In that meeting the honorable Sub Collector, Praveen Kumar, stated that every student should attend school, remain to finish the curriculum and not drop out. He said that it is the responsibility of his department to keep the drop out rate low, and have enrolled his staff make sure that this is supported within their districts.
At this time, Sri Sai Kaleshwar started the mass AKSHAARABHYAASAM Program (Alphabet Learning Program) with his daughter, Navyasri, along with 500 school aged children. He was joined by his wife, Sri Mati Shilpa Kaleshwar, Chairman Nagi Reddy, Bhaskar Reddy and Jagadish, and additional staff of the Shiva Sai Mandir as well as education officers of Roddam, (Sri Ramalingam Reddy), Penukonda and Somandapalli mandal education officers.
On Tuesday in Penukonda, the Krushi Rural Development Organization (KRD) held a program to help children suffering from HIV by giving them nutritional food. Mr. R.W. Prabakar Rao and KRD president Ramanji Neyulu participated in this program.
In the program the MLA (Member of Legislative Assembly) of Penukonda, BK Parasaradhi, spoke of the many ways that the KRD is helping the people through its social welfare activities. He praised the organization and said its services are remarkable.
He especially commended the program offered by Sri Kaleshwar that is assisting children suffering from HIV, by providing them with nutritional food. He said that this was a very good model and very beneficial for society. He also said that he wants to give a permanent residence to the children suffering from HIV and that he will take this to the government and fight for it. Following his address, these nutritional foods were distributed to the to the suffering HIV infected children.

5日間に渡り集中して行われた2月のシバラトリ・プログラムに参加するために世界中からペヌコンダに生徒達が集りました。プログラム中、早朝から夜遅くまでスワミはアシュラムの至る所に姿を見せ、プロセスのグループごとに経験を与えたり、スペシャル・プジャ、インタビュー、講義をしました。
今回の主なプログラムは、シバのソウル・オブジェクトであるアラ・ハラ・リンガムからエネルギーの伝達を受けることでした。2007年スワミは初めてこの神聖なオブジェクトを通じてパワフルなシバの祝福を世界中と共有しました。今年のシバラトリの夜、皆各々リンガムの神聖なエネルギーを自分の魂に呼び込むためにアビシェイクを受けました。下を通る時にドワルカマイの屋根から水がそれぞれの人の上に流れ落ちるように水道管が特別に設置されました。何千もの蓮の花がシバに捧げられ、スワミは流れ落ちている滝の中を１人ずつくぐらせました。スワミが流れ落ちる水の下に１人ずつ急いで行かせ、皆ずぶ濡れになって出てきて、浄化されている間、皆とても明るく陽気に笑っていました。スワミは、「何て良い日なんだ。」「何て良い日なんだ。信じられないほどの浄化だ、信じられないほどのエネルギーの伝達だ。100万％シバの宇宙エネルギーがある。」と述べられました。
高いシバのエネルギーが世界中にもたらされた後、新しいパワー・オブジェクト、スワルナ・リンガムが出されました。スワルナ・リンガム（サンスクリット/ テルグ語では‘スワルナ’は‘金’という意味）は生徒達にとって特別な関係があります。2006年ソウル・ユニバーシティの男性グループが、3週間かけて大きな石を時計回りに彫り、最終の形に仕上げました。それから、スワルナ・リンガムは約2年間水の中に沈められ続け、その間毎日24時間生徒達によって世話されていました。スワルナ・リンガムはアシュラムに永久に据え置かれ、金で覆われます。スワミは、スワルナ・リンガムは90%アラ・ハラ・リンガムと同等であり、今後何千年間も地球を祝福するだろうと述べています。そしてまた、生徒達はこの神聖なオブジェクトと深い繋がりがあり、そのエネルギーはいつも生徒達を助けるだろうとも述べています。「このシバリンガムはあなた達のものだ。そのパワーはあなた達のものだ。その助けが必要なときは、あなたのグルスタンについて思うだけで、助けを受け取れる。」とスワミは述べています。
プログラム中、スワミは、カーラ・チャクラとカーマ・チャクラを用いた新しい教えとプロセスを出されました。カーラ・チャクラについての講義中、スワミは「あなたはサーダナ（霊性修行）を10年も15年も行う必要はない。カーラ・チャクラを通じてもっと短縮できる。人生が70年だとして、あなたはそれを例えば7日を7時間に出来るし、7時間を7分にできる。7分―私はとても真剣に言っている。この情報はいつか超自然的に地球全体を変えるだろう。」と述べました。
カーラ・チャクラ・プロセスを通じて、スワミは生徒達の魂の成長を驚くべき方法で速めています。「今後30年間で起こること、あなた達が学ぶこと―叡智と魂のエネルギー量―はとても早く起こるだろう。」ペヌコンダの美しい夜空の下で最後の瞑想を行っている間、皆の魂をより上げるため、スワミは皆にシャクティパットをして彼の魂が霊性修行によって得た力を皆に転送しました。
