商品発送

Items are shipped via either UPS or FedEx. Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders received on a Friday may not ship until the following Tues.

商品の返却について

商品を受け取った日から３０日以内の未読本は返却することができ、全額が返済されます。（ただし傷もなく明らかに未使用のものに限ります）。またこちら側の手違いが原因で返却する場合は、返却送料も含めた運送費すべてを返済させていただきます。Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled. 何かご質問等ございましたら、customersupport@devagroupenterprises.com にご連絡ください。
